Nephele and Floris: Star-Crossed lovers
The brink of existence is watching the lonely pink cloud part from the ethereal twilight.
The cloud is but a lover.
A passionate lover whose arms fall on the soft, flourishing flora.
He steals Zeus's thunder lighting a fire for his lover to watch him at night.
All Aether sings;
"A sweet love's kiss,
those lips couldn't resist,
I grant thou earthly form,
For no love was so warm,
I name thee Nephele,
so greet thine love Floris,
both blissed on thine wrist."
Nephele: Floris, oh, Floris, I missed thee everyhour of everyday and dropped my ocean
on thy chest, blossoming flowers for my love, my life.
Floris: O Nephele, why stole Zeus's light, when I envisaged you all daylight. His curse at the witching hour made a star befall, What if I never see thee again?
Nephele: If Aether gave us life, he shall sustain us, don't thy fear, even the Gods are with us.
Floris: One day, I shall bear nothing, blisters, dry-womb, I can't love thee because if I love thee, I'll have to marry thee and be with thee, when I have to provide all angels and humans before thee my fruit and my servitude.
Nephele: I'll shower every season my love and thou shall not be empty.
Hark!
'tis Zeus, hide Floris, HIDE.
*Zeus marches in*
Zeus: Hide where? to air? Nephele, there is none excuse for thee,
thou must be prosecuted at all costs."
Floris: Your glory, I apologise on his behalf, for he hath no evil intention to do so, your light, he claimed, helped me see.
Zeus: I'll scorch this land down, unhumourous attempt Nephele, who gave thee enough strength to hold my thunder,
answer!
Nephele: With the blessing of Aether, I meet you, never crossed from assisting thee in heaven, I have thine light with which I'll scorch thou before thou dost.
Aether: Soft! Quarrel brings only harm, Zeus, forgive Nephele, and he'll return thy thunder.
Zeus: For this, I forgive him, his crude nature, I'll let him present in the extreme winter and therefore, he'll never fully see his love.
Floris: O Zeus, do not chastise us so, I beseech thee, let me see him, please.
Zeus: I hear everyword, he saith he could see you everyhour of everyday, now he'll perish an hour or two depending on my likeness. Thou shall see him, but not everyhour. And with my word, I leave you a minute to resolve.
Nephele: I'll love thee in even in grave blindness of Erebus, and this will be harsh, I'll reminisce thee in my mind's eye.
Floris: Love, I'll see thee again, farewell for now.
Even in the darkest times, did Floris see Nephele and amuse with him.
The clouds and the Flora are stated as the star-crossed lovers of midnight.
The pink cloud lit lamps to see her but the evening itself was cursed.
To remind lovers of this day,
"The course of true love never did run smooth."
