Optimistic Poetry

How a poet thinks:

If I were to abbreviate my world in a casing,
It'd be romantic red roses - so clearly I'm lovesick.
Just gift me a modicum of tinker Bell's glitter, it'll be a godsend and won't be a detractor.
I devalued nature's best work gaily,
Now I'm a deviant listening to hummingbirds' daily.
I lore life's purpose by belief and nature,
I wish I could have waited a little later.
Nondescript is a world without poetry,
Don't we poets deserve an ovation for our love-filled pages,
No, we don't get much but cheers of joy are enough for our wages!
